We are saying goodbye to rigid working time models because we believe that productivity has nothing to do with working a 40-hour week. With Fimo, the guideline for a full-time week is 37.5 hours.

With us, you can decide for yourself how many hours per week you want to work, so your job at Fimo is wonderfully compatible with your hobbies and passions. Whether 35, 32 or 28 hours a week is entirely up to you (we are also very flexible for working student jobs between 5 and 20 hours a week!)
