Since July 2022, the Fimo Health App has been available as a refundable product on the German healthcare market. Since the beginning, we have strived to continuously develop our product and cover other diseases. To do this, we build extensive indication-specific content on a modular infrastructure and pair it with the Fimo Health concept for effective patient empowerment.

To this end, we provide quality-assured knowledge, which is supplemented in the Fimo Health app with methods of cognitive behavioral therapy and elements of behavioral change. Your contribution to personal progress

Development of knowledge about living with the disease, including basics, symptoms and side effects, emotions, dealing with the illness in a social environment, assistance and much more. Influencing factors, interactions and coping strategies are developed.

Act

Identify connections, strengthen routines

Interactions between symptoms, behavior and environmental factors become visible. With the help of knowledge, exercises, tips and tricks, the development of new, health-promoting routines is supported. Daily check-ins support the process.

Track

Clearly document the course of the disease

With a symptom diary, playful tests and questionnaires, structured documentation of the course of the disease is made possible:

  • Symptoms (occurrence, severity, frequency)
  • Behavioral data (e.g. activities, social contacts, stress, sleep)
  • Vital and environmental factors (e.g. temperature, steps, pulse, heart rate, oxygen saturation)
